Twitter client/RSS reader/Social aggregator?

Hi folks
does anyone know of a Twitter client, or better still a social network aggregator (ie downloads feeds from Twitter, FaceAche etc).

I have the Yahoo app on my iPhone that combines the social network sites, and Socialite on the Mac that does the above and Google Reader feeds.

It would be great to be able to do this on my J720.
